Fort Myers Beach continues to make a strong comeback, with many hotels and resorts now fully reopened following Hurricane Ian recovery efforts. Visitors returning to the island will find a growing selection of beachfront resorts, boutique hotels, condo-style accommodations, and family-friendly properties open across Estero Island and the surrounding Fort Myers area.

Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina remains one of the premier beachfront resorts on Fort Myers Beach. Located on the quieter north end of the island, the resort features multiple pools, beach access, marina facilities, family activities, restaurants, and spacious suites. The resort has undergone extensive restoration and modernization and is once again welcoming guests to its Gulf-front property.

DiamondHead Beach Resort is another popular beachfront destination currently open on Estero Boulevard. Known for its all-suite accommodations and central location near Times Square, the resort offers direct Gulf views, on-site dining, beach service, and easy walking access to shopping and nightlife.

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is one of the newest and largest resorts currently operating on the island. Opened as part of the major redevelopment near Times Square, the resort includes restaurants, bars, resort-style pools, entertainment venues, and direct beach access.

Casa Playa Beach Resort offers a smaller boutique-style beachfront experience on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. The resort features spacious suites with kitchen facilities and direct access to the sand, making it a favorite for guests looking for a quieter stay close to Times Square.
